VPAC has been invited to attend events at the venues listed below during this year. As usual please contact the airfield before you set out and remember that it is the pilot’s personal responsibility to ensure that you have appropriate insurance cover and adhere to the airfields’ safety and noise abatement procedures.

We hope that as many of you as possible will be able to attend with your aircraft and we look forward to a really good turnout at each event. We are looking for volunteers to help at the Club gazebo/booth to give regular minders a break. Please contact Colin Stearn in advance.

Hosted by the Leicestershire Aero Club this will be our fifth all weekend event. Camping is available on the airfield and there is hotel accommodation nearby. There will again be an excellent and very reasonably priced dinner in the Aero Club Restaurant on the Saturday evening. The 2007 event was blessed with great weather and all who attended had a good time. This really is not to be missed - if for any reason you can’t fly there then why not come by road anyway and stay over for the dinner?
